Travel Grants for Students’s International Mobility is open for application!
You can now access a travel grant for your program abroad! Check the eligibility criteria and procedure below:
Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in IPB (S0/S1/S2/S3).
Criteria
- The program is implemented overseas
- Involvement of minimum 2 participant countries
- Program categories include: exchange program (1-2 semesters), short (summer/winter) course, international seminar/workshop/symposium, internship, research, service learning program/international “KKN” (not competition type)
Application
- Provide a Cover Letter from your faculty/school signed by:
- Applicant (Student)
- Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs
- Prepare a Proposal according to a given template in: bit.ly/student_mobility_templates
- Fill in the Online Application Form: bit.ly/proposal_int_mobility
- Submit the proposal and the cover letter to the Directorate of International Program office.
- We will invite you through e-mail for a short Interview session.
- Once you have finished the program, you are kindly requested to submit an Activity Report (maximum 1-2 weeks post-event, except for urgency occurrence which must be confirmed to Travel Grant Coordinator at ICO IPB)
Activity Report
- Provide a Cover Letter from your faculty/school signed by:
- Applicant (Student)
- Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs
- Prepare a Report according to a given template in: bit.ly/student_mobility_templates
- Fill in the Online Report Form: bit.ly/report_intl_mobility
- Submit the report to the Directorate of International Program office
Funding
- Four (4) types of expenses to be covered: flight ticket, visa, insurance, registration fee. The type(s) & amount to be funded are decided by Travel Grant coordinators based on certain number of assessments in regards to the international mobility)
- The funding system is through reimbursement, after applicant submits all proofs of payment.
