IPB is organizing Joint-Summer Course together with University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada from May 2 – 31, 2018. The Joint-Summer Course is coordinated by the Post Graduate Program of Economic and Regional Development Management. The Vice Rector for Cooperation and Information System, Prof. Dodik Ridho Nurrochmat warmly greeted the 20 UBC students on last Wednesday (03/05) to mark the start of the program.

For the whole month of the program, the UBC students are going to attend some classes and to have several field trips.
Last Monday (07/05), the summer school participants visited Kebun Kopi Cibulao to study about coffee garden management and development in the respective location. Ajen Mukarom, M.Si, our program coordinator for International Relation & Collaboration was also participated in the visit.
The students were seen excited to taste the coffee made from the pure coffee beans at the coffee garden. Since the taste of Indonesian coffee is one of a kind, experiencing drinking it right from the purest grind was sure a memorable experience for them.
