The objective of PARE Program is to foster individuals with four specific characteristic that are essential for global leaders who will be active at resolving challange related to PARE (Population-Activities-Resources-Environments) in Asia and able to contribure  to the sustainability of resources in Asia. This program will establish a collaborative educational system involving HU’s six partner institutions in Indonesia and Thailand for the purpose of developing personnel to become global leaders  that will be active in resolving challenges related to populations, activities, resources and environments (PARE) in ASEAN countries.The program will foster human resources with the four requisites: “Field Research Capacity”, “Cross Cultural Capability”, “Frontier Spirit” and “Problem Solving Competencies” which are essential for practical resolutions in the PARE chain. The program is expected to produce leaders and create a network to support development in Asia. To this end, through collaborative education with the PARE consortium, quality assurance for multidisciplinary education, creation of an educational collaboration model that coordinates between educational fieldwork and lab work, and establishment of a PARE alumni network that assembles experts in dissimilar fields and research will be achieved. The member of PARE program are Bogor Agricultural University, Gadjah Mada University, Institute of Technology, Bandung, Kasetsart University, Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University and  Hokkaido University,
