Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) agreed on collaboration with the Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy (RSAU–MTAA) regarding reinforcement in students and lecturers exchange programme alongside with advancement of agricultural and environmental research projects. IPB Undergraduate Freshmen Broke the World’s Record on “The Most 3D People Formation”
Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) undergraduate programme freshmen of 55th Batch (Saga Agrisatya) has broken World’s record by Record Holders Republic in the “Most 3D People Formation” category during Campus Orientation Day for Freshmen (MPKMB) 2018. IPB on Indonesian Biomass Potency: Japan and South Korea Agreed on 10-Billion-Dollars-Worth Contract
Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) Surfactant and Bioenergy Research Centre organized an International Conference on Biomass 2018 involving 200+ domestic and international biomass researchers and practitioners/experts, where oil palm waste industry is the country’s highest biomass supplier. IPB Contributed To 401 Indonesian Most Prospective Patents in Last Decade
Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and Ministry of Research, Technology and Education, Republic of Indonesia (Kemenristekdikti RI) attended workshop on intellectual property (IP) system and patents description as one of seven officially implemented IPs in Indonesia. IPB has contributed 415 innovations into list of 100+ Indonesian Most Prospective Innovation according to Business Innovation Center (BIC) version, where 401 of them are patents and 134 are certified. IPB, SEARCA and European Consortium in World’s Food Security and Climate Change Master Programme Curriculum Arrangement
Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) with other SEARCA members (Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines) and European consortiums (IAVF-AGREENIUM and Agrinatura) developed a joint master programme curriculum related to food security and climate change. The challenges to anticipate in this regard ranged from food insecurity and production, flooding, drought, logistics, disrupted food distribution, crop damage, destruction food availability, food consumption, food shortages and eventually nutritional problems.
