Halal Gelatin from Fish Byproducts Created by IPB University Researcher
Team of IPB University Researchers, led by Dr Mala Nurilmala, had created a new alternative for Halal gelatin made of fish byproducts which could be a solution for the increasing demand of Halal gelatin uncovered by the cow-based gelatin.
