IPB University Rose to 511+ in the World in QS World University Rankings 2022

QS World University Ranking, a prestigious ranking system for international higher education institutions, has released their 2022 list earlier this month. IPB University has managed to rise in rank, earning a spot at the 511-520th place after previously ranking at the 531-540th place. In response to this achievement, Prof Arif Satria, Rector of IPB University, welcomes new collaborations and partnerships to create even more far-reaching global impact.   Read more >

IPB University’s BPRS Develops Collaboration Model for Empowerment of Agricultural Cooperative Unit

IPB University’s BPRS Botani (Bank implementing Sharia Values) had held a meeting with Baytul Ikhtiar Cooperative for Sharia Savings and Loans as well as BPRS Rif’atul and BPRS Wakalumi to discuss a collaboration for agricultural advances: the Botani Collaborative Model. This model focuses on supporting farmers as well as providing them with the training they need to empower and encourage their independence in farming.     Read more >

The National Board for Disaster Management Partners with IPB University to Rebuild the Economy of Sukabumi Landslide Victims

Indonesia’s National Board for Disaster Management, known as BNPB, has partnered up with IPB University to provide financial relief for victims of the Sukabumi Landslide. The impacted village had been the focus of agriculture for palm sugar, cardamom and agricultural-based handcrafts. The partnership with IPB University is aimed to increase the capacity of the community’s enterprises all the while providing the students and researchers with an opportunity to contribute their knowledge and skills through community service.    Read more >
