IPB University Dorms for Isolation of COVID-19 Patients with Light Symptoms

With the rising cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia including Bogor, IPB University has opened up its dormitory to be used for the isolation of COVID-19 patients with none to slight symptoms. This is done with the coordination of Bogor City’s Health Department which has also provided doctors and medical staff to oversee the patients’ condition. Two other dormitory buildings have also been prepared as an emergency backup in the case of a higher surge in cases.     Read more >

Alumni Association and Volunteering Body Vaccinates 1000 Alumni and Family Members

IPB University’s Alumni Association with the Alumni Volunteering Body have organized a mass vaccination for 1000 alumni and family members in partnership with Bogor City’s Health Department. IPB University alumni welcomed the program with enthusiasm, shown by the filled capacity of participants within just 2 hours of open registration. The event was conducted under the proper health protocols and data verification.       Read more >

Veterinary Paramedic Lecturers from IPB University’s Vocational School Invited as OIE Workshop Speaker
Two lecturers of IPB University’s Veterinary Paramedic Study Program under the Vocational School were invited to speak at an OIE (World Organisation for Animal Health) Workshop focused on raising awareness of the veterinary workforce and veterinary para-professionals.  Those lecturers were Henny Endah Anggraeni, DVM, MSc and Heryudianto Vibowo, DVM, MSi who both spoke about the veterinary paramedic education in Indonesia.
