Online Travel Documents Application

Travel documents of the IPB staff currently managed by the International Collaboration Office ( ICO). To complete those documents , staff are required to come to the ICO and takes the related travel forms, complete it, then return the forms to the ICO. Practically, this method is time consuming. Therefore, we developed Online Travel Documents Applications.

The main functions of this application is to make it easier for staff obtain travel documents and complete the documents online so they just print the documents and sign it . In addition, by completing online form, data of the user will be recorded in the ICO database and when needed for next destination, user doesn't need to enter the data again ( update the data only when needed ). Travel documents process can be accelerated with this online system.
