Fresh Insights to Bakery Ingredients

April 5, the Deputy Director of International Relations & Collaboration, Dr.-Ing Dase Hunaefi with the Program Coordinator of ICO Fifi Gus Dwiyanti, PhD attended a seminar about Fresh Insight to Bakery Ingredients. The seminar was coordinated by Foodreview Indonesia and was mostly talking about the regulation of bakery products in Indonesia, bakery trends with Japanese innovations, powerful enzyme technology for bread freshness, starch modification to deliver desirable baking performance and trans-fats issues on bakery products. This seminar, which was held in IPB International Convention Center, was aimed to gain the attention of the professional in food industries as well as the academics.
