IPB Ranks in Top 130 QS Asia University Ranking & 601+ THE World University Ranking for Life Science

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) remarks its gratitude for this year’s accomplishment on the increased standings on Worlds’ University Rankings. Recently, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Asia University Ranking enlisted IPB as The Top 130, while Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings included IPB to its World’s 601+ for Life Science. Read more >>

 


11 Consecutive Years of IPB Dominations on Indonesian Prospective Innovations

For 11 consecutive years, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) has been dominating Indonesian prospective innovation list each year. In the “110 Indonesian Innovations 2018” undertaken by the Center for Business Innovation (BIC) under Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) of Republic of Indonesia, innovations originated from IPB academia’s works summed up to 39 innovations. Read more >>


IPB Student’s Consecutive Victories: International Junior Forest Contest XI 2018 Winner in Russia & Outstanding Delegation Award at Taiwan MUN 2018

Mahtuf Ikhsan, student of Department of Forest Management Department, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), honored the university by winning the International Junior Forest Contest XI 2018 in Moscow, Russia. Researching Hybrid Monkey, IPB Researchers are Granted British Council Newton Fund

Dr. Berry Juliandi from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) is enlisted among other 4 awardees of British Council Wallacea Grant Newton Award of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti). IPB Food Science & Technology Lecturers Swept Awards in World’s Congresses

The distinguished IPB Food Science & Technology lecturers swept prizes in two World’s congresses within the same week. During 19th International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) World Congress of Food Science and Technology, achievements included Prof.Dr. M Aman Wirakartakusumah as “Chair of International Academic of Food Science and Technology” (2018-2022), Prof.Dr. C. Hanny Wijaya as “The Newly Inducted IAFoST Fellow”, Dr. Azis Boing Sitanggang as “The Internationally-Reputed IUFoST Young Fellow”; meanwhile Dr-Ing. Dase Hunaefi, S.T.P., M.Food.ST was granted as “The Best Presenter” in International Conference on Food and Agriculture (ICoFA). Read more >>

According to recent list released by Indonesian Central Information Commission, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) was declared as the one and only higher education institution who achieved “Informative” status. IPB Cooperates with Handful of Japan’s Renowned Institutions on Intelligent Environmental Monitoring System Development

IPB delegations held a series of collaborative meetings to various Japanese counterparts, comprised of Tokyo University, Tokyo University of Agriculture and National Institute for Environmental Studies. The representatives initiated development on smart and low-carbon eco-monitoring system with the latter institution, whereas collaboration strengthening conducts between IPB and the two Tokyo universities were undertaken as well. Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) organized MoU signing with FELCRA Education Service Sdn. Bhd. under Ministry of Rural and Regional Development of Malaysia motivated by primary focus on rural development synchronization towards the urban regions.
